Rich has a career spanning 25 years within the road and racecar industry as a racecar engineer producing cars ranging from cottage industry sportscars to Indy cars, Champ cars, F3000, F3, British touring cars and Le-mans prototypes. 

His work has given him the opportunity of producing racecars for many of the great names in motor racing history such as Andretti, Fittipaldi, Rahal and the actor Paul Newman in his motor racing collaboration with Carl Haas in the Newman Haas racing team.
